Installation Video

Step 1: Prepare Device
  1. Power off device
  2. Wash hands to remove oils/dirt
  3. Use cloth and if necessary, small amount of spray to clean device completely
  4. Choose an indoor work area free from dust, lint, and wind


Step 2: Prepare Screen Protector
  1. Thoroughly wet fingers to avoid leaving fingerprints on the sticky side of Protector. A bowl of water is helpful. The wetter your fingers the better.
  2. Remove backing of Protector carefully. Avoid touching the sticky side of Protector as much as possible
  3. Spray sticky side of Protector liberally with included solution. It should be very wet so that it can slide as you adjust position. You cannot overspray, the more the better. Do not spray the device.
Step 3: Apply Screen Protector
  1. Carefully apply sticky/wet side of Protector to the device screen. Use buttons, speakers, and edges to aid in alignment. You may slide Protector until it lines up to your satisfaction.
  2. Once Protector has been placed in the optimal position let it sit for 20 to 30 seconds so it does not move when touched. If Protector still moves, move it back to the optimal position and dab the cloth around the edges to soak excessive moisture.
  3. Wrap cloth around a folded piece of included cardboard, or wrap cloth around a credit card. Do not allow anything but the cloth to touch Protector.
  4. Use wrapped cloth to push moisture from center to edges. Avoid speakers and ports. Continue until all moisture and bubbles are removed.
  5. A small amount of moisture or haze may remain and will evaporate on its own. Haze will take about 36-48 hours too go away. Do not press too hard when removing moisture.
  6. If a piece of dust or lint gets under the screen you will see a round dot that won't push out. While we don't recommend you pull up the screen protector, if you decide you must there is a solution. Get a small strip of scotch tape. After pulling up as little of the protector as possible to get to the problem use the sticky side of the scotch tape, and keeping half in your hands use the other half to stick on the offending problem. The tape should pull it off the protector. Re-spray the area you pulled up and seal it to the screen.
Step 4: Cure Screen Protector
  1. Wait 20 - 30 minutes to turn on device to allow protector to adhere fully.
  2. Allow 5-7 days for all moisture and haze behind the shield to evaporate. Most will be gone within 48 hours. Seeing a rainbow effect? When the screen is off it's normal. It stops the protector from yellowing and peeling.
  3. Use the soft tip of the top of your thumb to set edges 2-3 times a day for the first 3-5 days.

To Remove Protector
Use credit card or fingernail at corner or near button to separate shield from device. Peel shield off – there should be no residue.
